As he sat in the council room of the Asmeru pirate facility Jay Mertaal contemplated the myriad different faces which
had sat at the various different council rooms the BSP had at their disposal. The council rooms looked broadly similar. A shining blue highly polished table of
glass or composite, oval in shape set in an oval room of a darker blue, a spotlight on each high backed seat and a square datapad set in to the table at each
place.
Many moons ago it was the Ryustlore facility itself which was most used, and Jay had sat with Bendan and Rand, Naverick and just a handful of others who made up the top brass of the BSP back in the early days. Then Jay shared the council rooms with Pellinora, Ardana Du'kal and his good friend San Ekreed the sith scientist come pirate captain. Then meetings had been held at Nejdiv, and even on the BSP's various flagships. There had been other faces too, Deydreyth, Lumparawoo, names too numerous to mention, and of course some still sat on the council- Ny'la, Torbir, Gorda the Hutt, Anak Idris... there was continuity, but change also. Now the lineup would be different. Jay had even asked their newest rising star, an albino Rodian to come along.
He had a plan afoot, and it was the tradition of the BSP to air such plans in a meeting of leading pirates, as many as could be gathered without upsetting raiding activities too drastically.
Jay sat quietly, and waited for them to file in.
