Marcus is away due to life, 100% understandable but annoying. It's common sense then that the other FL would carry the weight of hte faction till eh
returns. Eryk handles his portion of duties and the Jedi, that's it.How is the rebels being left high and dry a sign of being a good faction leader of the
REBEL alliance? This goes back to Aida going away. To kal. now to marcus. It's a pattern. This is an election for the two Faction Leader slots of the
REBELS.

Not like no one has input with the FLs, but the job is there to control the faction resources, guide the faction away from stagnation, recruit members, and so forth.
Eryk did recruit. He did lead the Jedi. He is a nice guy, and I don't have really many problems with him. But this is the Rebels, we are the counter to the Empire. Eryk likes rping as jedi, not rebels. 100% cool with it. Don't wnat him to stop that, but the FL need to be people who want to be the counter to the Empire. The Rebels are a faction, not the Jedi. For the good of the board, the rebels need constant and strong leadership from one or two people. Teh same goes for all factions. Whoever has the job is the Rebel Leader, not Jedi Leader or Emprie leader. There is no separation when it comes to FL inside a faction. Can't be or else we get the problem teh RA has right now.

That way we have two guys working on the same plot who both know how to do everything for the faction so if one drops out,
the other fills hte job.
