will detail how the CSA is run and its policies on major issues.

Governing
The Prex:
The Prex is a member of the Direx Board, supposedly chosen at random, who serves a three year term as a 'counterbalance' for the potentially unlimited power of the Executive Officer. The Prex is responsible for monitoring and detailing the functions of the Direx Board, and has some influence on Corporate policy. In addition to this, they also oversee a small sub-section of the Detatched Duty Office which is responsible for rooting out corruption within the upper echlons of the Corporate Sector.
ExO:
The Executive Officer is the functioning leader of the Corporate Sector. The ExO calls all general and special Direx meetings and determines the meeting location. He or she is treated as a political leader abroad and holds a social ranking equivalent to an Imperial Grand Moff. The ExO is suposed to make all decision in consultation with the Direx Board, but, over the years, the Board has taken a more advisory role, leaving the ExO as the final executive power.
The Direx Board:
The Executive Directorship Board (or Direx Board) is the highest ruling body of the Authority. It establishes overall CSA policy and sets annual production targets, though these can only by ratified by a two-thirds majority. The board also approves the annual and quarterly budgets of various Corporate divisions. The ExO presides over the Direx Board and, thanks to the diminishing power of the Board, ultimately has the power to direct them to votes as he or she wills.
Vice Prex:
Within the CSA there are many Vice Prex who are paid employees. They run a specific portion of the CSA. An Executive Vice Prex runs a division, a Vice Prex runs a sub division, and a Assistant-Vice Prex runs a smaller portion or a specific factory. The duties range as vast as the different roles that exist.
Auditor General:
Serving under the supervision of the Prex, the Office of the Auditor-General observes the operations of the CSA and roots out corruption and inefficiency. The Auditor-General, through Detatched Duty, is in many ways the secret police force of the Authority. Another function of this office is to coordinate incoming intelligence from the authority's long range field operatives with the Security and Media divisions. This intelligence is part of the annual secret report provided to the ExO and Direx Board.
Security
The Picket Fleet:
Unlike the fleets of many governments and organisations, the Picket Fleet is seen as a police force rather than a military one and, as such, falls under the jurisdiction of the Security Division and the ESPO chain of command. This is not, in itself, a bad thing, as the Picket Fleet's duties (which involve the protection of convoys and the detection and interception of smugglers and pirates) are well suited to the highly trained police forces of the Corporate Sector, and their inclusion in the same chain of command makes coordination of ground and fleet based assets a simpler task than it would be if they were kept separate.
The Commerce-Sphere Expansion Fleet:
As the name of the fleet might suggest, the CSEF is charged with expanding the sphere of 'safe' commerce into regions that are considered dangerous. As such, their duties include eliminating pirate strongholds and the headquarters of other illegal organisations so that commerce might freely be spread through the sector without fear of nefarious forces intervening. Due to the nature of their duties, the CSEF receives a greater level of funding than the Picket Fleet and is the first to receive new equipment.
