Yes, we're finally getting these active. Here's how it works.
In the first three weeks of every month, anyone may nominate a thread to recieve RP points, provided the following conditions are met:
It ended in the previous month.
It contained members of at least two different factions.
The person nominating the thread is not in the same faction as any of the nominees.
Then, from the 21st to the end of each month, the senators will vote on which threads recieve the RP points.
Remember:
1 RP Point = 5XP or 50,000cr.
