In the interest of helping the Smurf in his tireless efforts to restore the Webels I suggest the following:
Give Eryk back his powers as leader of the Jedi, wasn't really fair to him to take it away in favor of an unproven (and now inactive) leader. Whether as sole leader or in cooperation with Marcus is to be decided by you fine people. Should you go the duo route, my advice is for one to handle SLIU while the other concerns himself with the rp matters. Obviously both areas would be covered by discussion between the two, but it'd come down to the respective individual to press the respective button. If one falls inactive, the other can pick up the slack without a lot of problems.
Appoint Dragon and Smurf as the other half of the leadership, again the same arrangement. So what it comes down to you have to two to ensure the rp of each side of the faction is represented, and two to make sure all the right buttons are pushed in the IU.
Though senate matters are rare these days, should one arise the vote would be held by discussion in which majority decides and you decide on a rep to post it.
This way all your bases are covered and everything runs smoothly even in the face of the big bad inactivity. All the above of course pending based on the willingness of the aforementioned but it's the safest bet you have at the present.
