side, she felt her guards relax, although their tension surprised her. Talon Karrde was a man of honour, despite his reputation, and so she trusted his
messengers as well.

There was no haste in Raine's steps as she ducked and wove her way through the busy crowds, dividing her attention equally between navigating the heaving
throng and listening for updates on the comlink. Unfortunately for the blond Corellian, listening for a single voice in the maelstrom of noise that engulfed
her was near impossible; each noise was engulfed by another, and another, until the original noise was pretty much incomprehensible. But though Raine swore
beneath her breath, she...

There it was again, that presence. Aida paused in the middle of bartering for some tools, her glass eyes giving her the appearance of someone staring off into
the distance. Erin nudged her.

"Lady?" she asked in a low voice. Aida shook her head minutely.

"I can't quite sense it yet," she frowned. "There's too many people. Erin, can you sort this out? I need to focus." Erin's
response was to continue bartering, leaping aggressively...

Finding a single person on a space station the size of the wheel was an impossible task. Tens of thousands of people flowed along the massive promenades and
through the cavernous casinos, and still more lingered on the ships that clung to the station like behemothic parasites. It was like finding a needle the size
of a single hair in the heart of a haystack that reached the heavens.

Fortunately, Raine knew the secret to achieving the impossible; it was all a matter of knowing one...

Aida took the liberty of allowing herself a few moments to adjust to the noise. This particular casino was one of the biggest on the Wheel, and she was content
to allow the noise to filter through, picking up individual voices and dismissing them when she heard nothing of import. Behind her, trying to look casual, her
guard stood at what they considered to be 'at ease'.

"Try again, gentlemen," she smiled. "Take some time off. You've been working hard...

"Read 'em and weep, boys."

Smiling beatifically, Raine laid her cards down on the table; the two of sabres, the three of coins and the Idiot himself. An Idiot's Array. The three men
sitting at the table groaned, tossing their cards down onto the makeshift table. But there was no malice in their actions, no real anger like there would have
been if she'd laid down such a hand in the casinos only a few hundred metres away. That, the Corellian supposed, was one of...
